Return and Refund Policy
Under what conditions can I return / replace my product?
- Wrong product delivered.
- Damaged product delivered – Product physically damaged or tampered product or packaging.
- Faulty product delivered – Product with a manufacturing defect affecting the usability of the product.
- Expired product delivered.
Returns and replacements will only be accepted for fulfilment errors as stated above.
Under what conditions will return / replacement requests not be accepted?
- Original packaging (outer box, labels, etc.) is missing.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or application.
- The return/replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The damaged/missing product is reported after 48 hours from the date of delivery.
Refund and Cancellation
- In case of a fulfilment error, your refund request will be accepted and your funds will be refunded within 15 working days.
- Courier charges for incorrect shipments will be borne by us.

- Cancellations once a product is shipped will not be accepted.
