Return and Refund Policy

Under what conditions can I return / replace my product?

  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Damaged product delivered – Product physically damaged or tampered product or packaging.
  • Faulty product delivered – Product with a manufacturing defect affecting the usability of the product.
  • Expired product delivered.

Returns and replacements will only be accepted for fulfilment errors as stated above.

Under what conditions will return / replacement requests not be accepted?

  • Original packaging (outer box, labels, etc.) is missing.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or application.
  • The return/replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The damaged/missing product is reported after 48 hours from the date of delivery.

Refund and Cancellation

  • In case of a fulfilment error, your refund request will be accepted and your funds will be refunded within 15 working days.
  • Courier charges for incorrect shipments will be borne by us.
  • Please feel free to reach us through our Contact Us page if you have any further questions.
  • Cancellations once a product is shipped will not be accepted.
